The Australian Hotels Association (AHA) (WA) has welcomed the announcement today of the new 500 room 6 star luxury hotel, Crown Towers Perth to be built at the Burswood Entertainment Complex.
“This investment by Crown shows tremendous confidence in Perth’s accommodation hotel market, and the AHA congratulates the State Government for their efforts to make this development a reality,” said AHA(WA) Chief Executive Mr Bradley Woods.
“The AHA understands the new Crown Towers Perth will feature 500, ultra-luxurious guestrooms over 25 floors, along with conference facilities for 1250 delegates.
“The accommodation hotel industry in Western Australia offers some very good commercial opportunities. With well known high occupancy rates in the Perth CBD this is a welcome announcement from the State Government and Crown.
“The support shown by the State Government for hotel development will encourage investors to make more substantial investments in the local industry.”
On completion The Crown Towers will be the largest hotel in Perth.
