Last night I went to see Magic Mike with the girls from work and when we sat in our seats we saw girls taking pictures of themselves to put on facebook. Yes, this movie has been hyped up for a while now and if you love seeing topless men dancing then go see this movie! Mike (Channing Tatum) has multiple jobs by day and by night is a male stripper. He takes Adam (Alex Pettyfer) a 19 year old jobless kid (who is very hot!) under his wing and teaches him the art of picking up women, making easy money and partying hard.
The movie is filled with Hollywood’s hottest including Matthew McConaughey, Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer. Magic Mike will keep women wanting more and the dance scenes definitely deliver, but the storyline definitely isn’t Oscar worthy. I think the reaction of giggles and gasps in the theatre explained it all, this is a must see chick flick for those who want some 6 packs and hot men in their life.
