The Australian Hotels Association (WA) has announced the finalists of the inaugural AHA(WA) & Don Julio Tequila “WA’s Best Cocktail Competition”.
Western Australians threw their support behind the competition, with public votes in May and June helping determine the 2023 venues finalists.
The finalists of the 2023 WA’s Best Cocktail Competition are:

The five finalists will recreate their cocktails in front of a live audience at the AHA Hospitality Expo at Crown Perth on Tuesday 27 June 2023.*
AHA(WA) CEO Bradley Woods said 42 hospitality venues had embraced the competition in its inaugural year and Western Australians were the beneficiaries.
“This competition has highlighted the high-quality, sophisticated cocktails that can be found in hospitality venues across Perth and regional WA,” Mr Woods said.
“Western Australians flocked to venues in their droves and from that process, we have narrowed the creator of WA’s best cocktail down to five contenders.”
“Whichever venue wins later this month will secure major kudos and should be prepared to handle the inevitable deluge of patrons eager to try the state’s best cocktail for 2023.”
