Western Australian hero dishes will feature on the menus of over 60 venues across WA, and in Singapore as part of the annual Plating Up WA Campaign.
A government-led initiative to showcase the very best of WA winter dishes paired with local craft beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Each participating venue receives an ingredient register of Buy West Best members to help connect local producers with venues across the state.
It also aims to bring awareness to new and trending ingredients to the WA hospitality industry and encourage patronage with artisan producers.
