The 2016 Mr Chilli Awards judging panel of top culinary experts honoured Sublime Spices with a 1st Place for Curried Chilli, 2nd Place for Sweet Spiced Chilli & 3rd Place for Spiced Chilli in the Curry Category.
Satay Category won Sublime Spices a 2nd Place with a review stating “ a HUGE CHILLI taste rating of 9.5 /10 for Flavour & most authentic tasting satay on this side of the Equator”
Sweet Thai Chilli section claimed Sublime Spices another 1st Place.
In March we saw Sublime Spices take out a Triple 1st Place – 1st Place in Relish, Jam & Chutney for their Zucchini Relish, Strawberry Tsea-nami Jam & Tempestuous Lava Chutney

Competition for the 2016 Mr Chilli Awards was tougher than ever, with a new record of 61 company entries. The total number of entries came to 270, higher than in previous years. The total of wins for companies was an all-time high.
Andrew Ayoub, founder of the Mr Chilli Awards said entries came from all over Australia and New Zealand. “Companies from all over Australasia continue to recognize the Mr Chilli Awards as the most competitive and challenging blind taste-tested event in the country,” Ayoub said. “I’m thrilled that participation in the awards continues to increase year after year.”
The Mr Chilli Awards is an annual competition created by Andrew “Mr Chilli” Ayoub that recognizes the top fiery foods products in the country.
