The 2007 Stella Bella Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot was tasted at The Terrace Lounge, while the 2010 Carpe Diem Decanto was sampled at the Cafe Restaurant. Both the 2008 Darlington Estate Shiraz and the 2008 Darlington Estate Merlot were enjoyed at the Darlington Estate Winery. Finally, the First Drop Mother’s Milk Shiraz 2009 was enjoyed at Old Cathay Chinese Cuisine.
