pierroWe’re enjoying a mid week tipple to reward ourselves for our hard work as we get close to the end of Issue 23, thanks to our friends at Pierro Wines in Margaret River. This issue we’ve enjoyed their 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Reserve, a smooth drink vintaged from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec,  a 2014 Pino’s, a blend of Pinot Noir and peppery Shiraz, and a 2016 Fire Gully Chardonnay, whose notes of apple, pineapple, butterscotch and melon provide a perfect choice for a Spring day. The Pierro wines consistently showcase the best of the Margaret River region and are always standouts in our office. Get the next issue of Menu Magazine to see more from the winery and region.
