The Intouchables is a heartfelt movie that portrays friendship, loyalty and happiness. It is based on a true story about a quadriplegic aristocrat Philippe (Francois Cluzet) who hires a young ex criminal, Driss (Omar Sy) to be his new caretaker.
They are complete opposites who become close friends and teach each other a lesson or two on how to live. The movie is in French and has subtitles, but that wasn’t even a factor as the acting and filmmaking were so incredible. I would recommend anyone to see this movie; it makes you laugh, cry and want to enjoy life. After leaving the film it made me appreciate everything I have in life and want to make sure I live every moment and enjoy the people around me as much as possible.
