Here are some of the fantastic red wines we had out and about while making Menu Magazine Issue 9. The 2007 SnakeCharmer Shiraz was from Ishka Restaurant, and the 2005 Sandalford Shiraz was from Ribaudo’s Restaurant. The 2007 Forester Estate Cabernet Merlot and the 2009 Amberley Merlot were both from Barbados Lounge Bar in Bunbury.
