If you haven’t been to Manjimup you now have no better excuse! The Truffle Kerfuffle – Southern Forest Food Festival is an annual one-day event highlighting regional food and wine.
It’s a celebration of the range of cultures that brought about the ability to produce the foods grown in the Southern Forests, the range of foods themselves, as well as a focus on the black truffle. Did you know: The Southern Forests produced 70 per cent of Australia’s 2011 truffle harvest!
