Last night West Australia’s top restaurants were recognised during The West Australian Good Food Guide 2015 launch and awards held at the State Theatre. The event was attended by the who’s who of Perth’s dining scene and WA’s top Chef’s, all anxiously waiting for the awards to be announced, these presented by Rob Broadfield, editor of the WA Good Food Guide.Colonial Leisure Group’s, Print Hall, scooped up the sought-after Restaurant of Year Award and also received a 2 star rating. This is a well-earned commendation for the continuous efforts made by the Dining Room team. Last night’s prestigious award was accepted by Dining Room Head – Chef Daniel Fisher, Executive Chef – Shane Watson and Director of Beverage – Daniel Wegener.
Print Hall’s award winning, extensive wine list proved again it’s at the top of its class by receiving The Wine List of the Year Award, accepted by Daniel Wegener at last night’s event.
It was only last week at the 2014 AHA Awards for Excellence, Print Hall took home three categories for a second year running, these include WA’s Best Hospitality Venue, the Sommelier and Wine List Awards.
