Millbrook big winners at this year’s Wine Show

Millbrook Winery and Jarrah Ridge Wines have each won a selection of awards at this year’s 2011 Perth Hills Wine Show.
There were over 90 entrants in the show, spanning across the Perth Hills region. Winners were judged by chief winemakers and writers: Vanya Cullen, Ross Pamment and Peter Forrestal.
The newly added award “Musem Class” recognises the longevity of wine and was won by Millbrook Winery for their 2002 Shiraz Viognier. More results can be seen below:

–       John Walsh Memorial Trophy for Best Shiraz – Jarrah Ridge Shiraz Viognier 2009
–       Best Red Varietal Myattsfield – Dudly Durif 2010
–       Best red Blend – Myattsfield Shiraz Mourvedre Viognier 2010
–       Best Value Wine Of Show – Jarrah Ridge Shiraz Viognier 2009
–       Most Successful Exhibitor – Millbrook Winery
–       Chariman Trophy – Millbrook Shiraz Viognier 2009
–       Wine of the Show – Jarrah Ridge Shiraz Viognier 2009
