Two girls from the West Coast Academy of Hospitality and Tourism have taken out the state finals of Nestle’s Golden Chef’s Hat competition, which was held last weekend.
The two girls will represent WA in the national final in Sydney this September in one the longest running chef’s competions in Australia. It is also the only competition dedicated to the development of apprentice and junior chefs, allowing them to compete at a regional level, right through to national level.
