Menu Magazine Whites Issue 12

The Whicher Ridge 2009 Viognier was enjoyed at Spaghi, and The Breakwater 2011 Sweet Blonde Late Harvest was sampled at Ishka Restaurant.
Knee Deep had some fabulous wines; we tried the 2011 Knee Deep Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, the 2011 Knee Deep Sauvignon Blanc and the Knee Deep 2011 Chenin Blanc – all were excellent.
Next up was the TA_KU 2010 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Hardy’s The Riddle Riesling,  and the Amberley Secret Lane Sauvignon Blanc 2010, which were all appreciated at The Firehouse Restaurant.
The Jacob’s Creek 2010 Steingarten Reisling and the Cape Mentelle Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2010 were both enjoyed at Ishka Restaurant, while the 2009  Stella Bella Chardonnay was tasted at The Mussel Bar.
Finally, The Giesen Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010 was tried and tested at Shafto’s Cafe; it’s a beautiful drop.
