george cooperTake your home cooking to a new level for your next dinner party and let Food by the Chef mastermind George Cooper teach you new tricks and techniques at his upcoming series of masterclasses.
This winter the 2007 Young Chef of the Year is opening his Dunsborough based kitchen to amateurs looking to learn new skills over three weekends. Each lesson focuses on different tips, tricks and dinner party elements. Attendees on June 18 will learn show stopping snacks, tasty meals from cheap cuts and a simple yet flavoursome dessert; on July 1 the class will focus on something sweet and something salty, as well as some top tips for homemade bread; while July 8 is all about tapas instruction and fun with chocolate.
Beginning each week at 10am, and for only $95 per person including lunch and a take home recipe book, this experience is not to be missed. Make a weekend of it and explore what our state’s south west has to offer for foodies and find inspiration from the local in-season produce that features in George’s cooking.
