Lines Out The Door!

As the Burger War continues to hit Perth in sensational fashion, Grill’d have now opened two new outlets in the city.
“Since launching in WA in 2010, we have received hundreds or requests asking us to come to the CBD. We’re so pleased to say we’re finally here!” said Simon Crowe, founder of Grill’d.
One store is located at Brookfield Place, 123-137 St George’s Terrace, and the other in Shafto Lane, entry through either Hay or Murray St.
Healthy competition is always welcomed, especially in Perth where our ‘tyranny of distance’ means we often pay top dollar compared to our Eastern States comrades, and it seems Grill’d aren’t afraid of a little intra-club rivalry.
The Brookfield Place outlet opened trading giving away 100 burgers in the first hour, and a 2 for 1 Burger or Salad promotion for the rest of the week. As you can see from the photographic evidence, the response was overwhelming.
When the store in Shafto Lane opened a few days later, they decided to trump their twin sister by offering any burger for free for most of the day, no frills other than a limit of one per customer.
It’s a shame the offers aren’t permanent but there’s no arguing that it was great publicity – everyone knows where the two new stores are now!
Both city stores are open 7 days a week.
Burgers from $8 – $14.50
Another Grill’d store in Scarborough will open its doors in early October, stay tuned 😀
