Last Wednesday 82 Award Finalists from the Western Australian metropolitan region were recognized at a Presentation and Cocktail Party held at the State Theatre Centre of WA. The Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering Awards recognize the achievements of the industry.
Over 900 members are reviewed each year, by an anonymous judge whose decision is based entirely on one particular night out at each venue.
Restaurant & Catering CEO John Hart said it was important that both finalists and winners were recognized, as even being a finalist is a commendable achievement. Among the multiple award finalists for WA are Etro Bistro in Perth, Witch’s Cauldron in Subiaco, Friends Restaurant in East Perth, Beaumonde Catering and Mustard Catering.
