Calling all Perth foodies!
On Sunday the 19th of April 2015, join 25 of Western Australia’s best chefs for a celebration of the finest food, drink and produce the State has to offer at Perth Urban Orchard, Perth Cultural Centre.
GET YOUR TICKETS NOW!

For the first time ever 25 of Perth’s top chefs will be cooking side by side in the heart of the city – all in the name of charity!
Chefs for the Gascoyne is a one-off event that will celebrate the finest food, drink and produce WA has to offer while raising money to support primary producers in the Gascoyne who are recovering from the devastating effects of Cyclone Olwyn.
The chefs are hoping to raise in excess of $60,000 to help revitalise and encourage the affected growers during the next six to twelve months.
Inspired by produce donated by some of WA’s premier food growers and producers, the chefs will create gourmet canapés based on their signature styles.
Our fantastic Chefs for the Gascoyne will include:
● Peter Manifis – executive chef, Incontro Restaurant, South Perth
● Don Hancey – WA Food Ambassador
● Anna Gare – celebrity foodie
● Justin Bell – owner, Jus Burgers and Pinchos
● Adam Bielawski – owner, poach pear
● Sophie Budd – owner, Taste Budds Cooking Studio
● Vince Garreffa – Mondos
And there’s more to come!

Keep an eye on the Gascoyne Food Council page as they announce more chefs in the lead up to the event!
