Mandurah’s Café Pronto has won the award for the State’s best Tourism Restaurant.
Regarded as one of Mandurah’s most popular dining venues, Café Pronto, has won the WA Tourism Award in the category of Tourism Restaurants and Catering Services.
In a major upset, Café Pronto overcame stiff competition from some of WA’s best restaurants to win the award at the ceremony held in Perth.
Owners Kerry and Tracey Brown were ecstatic with the result, ““This is an incredible honour for us and for Mandurah,” said Mr Brown.
“It is such a thrill to win a Tourism Award and we’re just so excited that the team at Café Pronto has been recognised in this way again,” he said.
Café Pronto was one of only five restaurants in WA to be named a finalist.  Other finalists included Perth’s Matilda Bay Restaurant and Hyatt Regency, Rottnest’s Dome Cafe, Margaret River’s Saracen Estates Incorporating Duckstein Brewery, and the Swan Valley’s Sandalford Wines.
