The PorkStar dinner at Incontro in South Perth turned out to be a fantastic event, with pork lovers from all walks of life turning up to show their support. Showcasing pork flavours and a myriad of different styles to cook it, the versatile Peter Manifis and his team ensured a delectable array of treats were on offer throughout the event. It was also great to see Eagles player Andrew Embley getting stuck in and showing his culinary prowess!
This was the first cocktail style dinner that PorkStar has done and the night was a testament to the quality and innovation of the WA foodservice industry, utilising pork to its full potential.
Interestingly I can not recall having a less than fantastic Pork dish at any venue in Perth over the last 5 years, a testament to the high quality of produce we have here in W.A.
