Bush Dance at Araluen

On Saturday 16 March, Araluen Botanic Park will play host to a unique family-friendly traditional Bush Dance event, being organised by ‘The Aluminators’ Relay For Life Team to raise funds for Cancer Council WA.  The event will feature prizes, live music and traditional bush dancing.  It is also a non-smoking and responsible alcohol consumption event.
Time:  6pm to 9.30pm
Tickets:  Adults $20, Children (0-17years) Free
Seating:  BYO picnic rugs and chairs

This Bush Dance event is being staged by ‘The Aluminators’ as its major fundraising activity toward Cancer Council WA Relay For Life Perth 2013. ‘The Aluminators’ first participated in Relay For Life in 2008, raising just over $8,000 in that year.  Through a range of events and activities, both large and small, the annual fundraising total for the team has grown to just over $17,000 in 2012, with a total of some $60,000 raised for Cancer Council WA in the 5 years of participation.  ‘The Aluminators’ currently rank at the top of the Relay For Life ‘Top Teams’ list.
