Founded in 2010 with the opening of their first store at Sydney’s Town Hall, the multi-award winning Chinese dining experience has gone on to become one of the most respected contemporary Chinese restaurants in Sydney with demand seeing further restaurants open in Parramatta, Macquarie, and Bankstown.

Chefs Gallery founder, Kaisern Ching says, “It’s a bold move taking an Australian born Chinese restaurant to China but we’ve got a really great product that has been so well received here I’m confident it’s going to take off in China as well.”

The China based restaurant will open towards the end of October in a new shopping centre development, The City, in the historically rich city of Xi’an.

Chefs Gallery has become famous for featuring a combination of flavours from modern Chinese cuisine and the finesse of contemporary Chinese art to create an experience that is unique in its theatre, artistry and taste. With their menu full of artfully created dishes, diners have been indulging in a mouth-watering, multi-sensory gastronomic experience all across Sydney.

Known for their hand-made noodles which take centre stage behind a glass-walled kitchen, Peking duck roti, playful desserts and signature mains, Chefs Gallery’s new Xi’an site is bound to wow diners as they create an inspiring gallery of extraordinary experiences to stimulate and nourish the senses.
