An Ale to Remember

In commemoration of Anzac Day (on the 26th of April) in WA, The Old Brewery have decided to mark the occasion with something special, by crafting a single batch ale named the Memorial Ale.
The Old Brewery’s award winning brewer Mark Reilly is the brains behind this brilliant brew, which is loosely intended to replicate an Australian Pale Ale. This style is known to have a moderate amount of bitterness, which is why Mark has included Wildflower Honey to balance it out.
“This is a special brew which came about as I wanted to honour and pay respect to those that have represented our country, both those currently serving and veterans of yesteryear… and I really like ANZAC biscuits, let’s face it who doesn’t” explained Mark on why he crafted the beer.
The Memorial Ale is now available on tap at the Old Brewery for a limited time, so go check it out!
