There are some amazing things happening at Bistro Des Artistes on Hay Street in Subiaco – they just won ‘Best European Restaurant’ at The Australian Restaurant and Catering Association awards. Very well deserved, Alain and Olivier have been outdoing themselves this year. Bringing back the Loose Box menus and monthly classes have been a big hit.On Monday 14 September, Chef Alain is also giving a talk (accompanied with wine and canapes of course!) in partnership with Alliance Francaise about his status as MOF – a very prestigious title for craftspeople in France.
