Perth Zoo’s in-house catering company, Mustard Catering, proved a dominant force at the WA Savour Australia™ Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence 2015, taking out three of the Award’s top honours at a the state award ceremony on 24 August at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC).The specialist venue catering company took home Venue Caterer of the Year, Wedding Catering of the Year and the prestigious state title: Caterer of the Year, in the nationally recognised award celebrating exceptional service and culinary talent.
