The Australian Hotels Association (Western Australia) has announced the winners for the 2012 Hotel and Hospitality Awards for Excellence, showcasing venues and hospitality businesses from across the state. AHA (WA) CEO Bradley Woods said, “our awards recognise accommodation hotels, pubs, bars, dining and entertainment venues and employees that exemplify excellence within the hospitality industry and there is tough competition in all award categories.
“For 120 years the AHA has represented the hospitality industry in Western Australia. The diverse field of finalists for this year’s Awards for Excellence shows that as we celebrate our 120th anniversary our members continue to provide the finest hospitality to patrons and guests.
“The venues participating in these awards are evidence that WA’s hotel and hospitality industry is offering world class services for both locals and visitors.”
Forty-three awards were presented by the AHA (WA), recognising the best that hospitality in Western Australia has to offer.
Over 1100 guests joined the finalists and award recipients in celebrating excellence at the AHA-Aon Hotel and Hospitality Awards for Excellence Ball on Monday evening November 12 at Crown Perth.
