Friday 29 July 2016. We joined a host of WA’s finest chefs as they stepped out of the kitchen and on to the stage in the Grand Ballroom at Crown Perth, raising funds for Variety – the Children’s Charity. Following on from three consecutive sold out annual events, the 2016 Variety of Chefs Dinner brings a host of Australian chefs to the stage to share their culinary secrets and immerse diners in the ultimate fine dining experience. The impressive line-up included Pete Manifis, Stephen Clarke (Clarkes of North Beach), Sean Marco (Crown Events & Conferences) and Hadleigh Troy (Restaurant Amuse). All funds raised from the eventing will help Variety provide practical equipment and experiences for WA children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs, empowering them to live, laugh and learn.Variety of Chefs Dinner
