Colour will be everywhere at Araluen Botanic Park with 120,000 Tulips planted throughout the Park. These will be flowering alongside the Camellias, Azaleas, Rhododendrons and the stunning Magnolia flowers accented by flowering on bare branches. Pansies, Poppies and Cinerarias will also be adding to the beauty.
The concourse will be a great place to start your exploration of the Park with a history of the tulip in the Marquee. Talk to the Armadale Visitors Centre about what else you can experience during “Spring into Armadale”. Live music from the Roleystone Musicians Club will add to the festive atmosphere of the Park and sculptures by Jalmer Wrought Iron and Dave Wellard are dotted throughout.
The cooks are busy baking delicious scones to make the morning tea at the Chalet Healy extra special. It’s a great place to enjoy a break to discuss the treasures found in your exploration of the Park. Just a quick stroll down the hill is the Round House gift shop where you are sure to find a memento to remind you of your day at Araluen Botanic Park.
