26 – 28 June 2015 – Down in the Southern Forests the black truffles are ripening in the soil and will soon be harvested. Head to Fonty’s Pool in Manjimup to experience the fifth Truffle Kerfuffle festival: a celebration of the renowned black truffle that flourishes here as well as the diverse food and wine of the Southern Forests region.
The weekend is a chance to experience a masterclass, truffle hunt, gourmet dinner or simply kick back and enjoy the atmosphere of our marketplace. Grab a plate and a glass of something local. Matthew Evans of Gourmet Farmer fame takes a break from Fat Pig Farm to return to TK as do some of WA’s top chefs. They’ll share their truffle secrets from the restaurant kitchen to home cooked simplicity.
