Dear Friends of Foodbank WAFoodbank launched its national Rumbling Tummies Report on 16 April. This is their first ever research report into child hunger in Australia.
Sadly, the report reveals that 1 in 5 Australian children have experienced food insecurity in the last 12 months. In fact, children are more likely to be hungry than adults in this country today (22% vs 15%).
