This year was a fantastic one in terms of wines; we got to enjoy some of WA’s finest throughout the making of this issue. With the flavours really brought to life after careful pairing with our meals at these wonderful restaurants, we urge you to try some from the list below.
We tried the Anonymity Shiraz of 2008 at The Wembley, the Sandalford Estate 2010 Shiraz at Southern Star Vietnamese Restaurant and Miles from Nowhere’s 2011 Cabernet Merlot Chime Restaurant. Last but not least, we tried the 2010 Pinot Noir from Singlefile in Denmark at Petite Mort.
