print hall“Wine bonds all of us together. It is the philosophy at Print Hall to share our passion with a passion, nothing else,” concluded Jean-Charles Mahe, Director of Beverage at Print Hall.
“As wine lovers, we sommeliers offer our emotional connection to the world of wine through our suggestions and selections. In all cases it takes teamwork, from the association between Mother Nature and the producer, to the relationship between the sommeliers and their guests.”
Print Hall has received the highest honours from US magazine Wine Spectator, joining the exclusive ranks of a mere 73 restaurants globally to take out the ‘Grand Award’.
The Grand Award celebrates excellence in restaurant wine selections, with the Wine Spectator acknowledging Print Hall as a ‘must-visit destination for wine lovers’.
This prestigious recognition adds to Print Hall’s tally of awards, with the venue taking home The Good Food Guide’s 2014 Wine List of the Year award in November.
Only 73 restaurants worldwide now hold the highest honour, out of more than 3,600 restaurants that have earned a Wine Spectator award for their wine lists.
Jean-Charles was also recently awarded third place in the La Chaine Rotisserie for Best Young Sommelier  in Australia, announced on 22nd June.
