Following the enormous success of last year’s event, the scenic & historic grounds of The York Mill will once again provide the setting for the Medieval Banquet Dinner in conjunction with the York Medieval Fayre. This year promises an even more spectacular affair, with more live music, bigger fire shows, and plenty of stunningly attired ladies & knights in armour displaying their incredible skill with the sword. Now that The York Mill Cafe is under the same ownership as the York Mill Gallery, you can be assured of the highest quality dinner, skilfully prepared and beautifully presented. Anticipate a true Medieval-style feast fit for Kings and Queens, with heaping platters of rustic fare from which no one will walk away hungry. The doors open at 6.30pm with mead, light sustenance and live entertainment available. The Banquet Feast begins at 7.30pm, and extends well into the evening. Prizes will be awarded for best dressed, so be sure to wear your finest Medieval attire. Tickets are $79.50 each. Be sure to book quickly, as last year’s tickets sold out far in advance of the event.
