An eerie mist swirls through the streets of Fremantle and lights begin to flicker as a darkness descends upon All Hallows Eve. A deep beat can be heard in the distance as a steam powered ship slides its massive hull to a stop in the harbour. From the ships murky depths, time travellers and vagabonds emerge dressed in a peculiar attire that heralds back to a time long forgotten; a time when electricity was a fanciful dream and steam power was king.
