Conquer Cystic Fibrosis (CCF) is a completely volunteer based, not for profit organisation, that relies on the generosity of family, friends, individuals and corporate sponsors to achieve its fundraising goals. Unfortunately there still is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis (CF), and events such as this raise much needed funds to support research and provide services to help people living with CF.
