Wine makers 3 drops were awarded the most outstanding wine brand for the third time in five years at the gala W.A wine industry awards recently. 2010 marks 3drops 10th Vintage in the wine industry. The 3drops journey has gone from the original family farm to an established vineyard and olive grove under the care of viticulturist Ray Williams.
Their newest releases to mark their 10th vintage consist of the 2010 3drops Riesling which is dominated by lime citrus with a natural acidity, the 2008 3drops Cabernet which is complex with cassis fruit, tobacco leaf and cigar box. This inspired blend of Cabernet sauvignon and Cabernet franc go great with food. And finally the 2010 3drops extra virgin olive oil which is soft and subtle with a touch of pepper. This oil is perfect for summer salads and marinating seafood.
