Dan Murphy’s, Australia’s largest wine retailer has become the new naming rights partner for the 2011 Margaret River Wine Show that will again focus on what they do best: produce fine wine from a region of abundant natural beauty.
The Dan Murphy’s 2011 Margaret River Wine Show will see internationally respected Iain Riggs return for a second year as Chairman of Judges. He will be joined by a diverse range of fellow judges Kim Bickley (Hilton Sydney & Glass Brasserie), Matt Byrne (Evans & Tate Winemaker), Jane Faulkner (Wine Media), Stuart Halliday (Tetsuyas), Poss Pamment (Houghton’s Winemaker) Will Shields (Clairault Winemaker), Tyson Stelzer (Wine Media) and this years International Judge Lim Hwee Peng of Singapore.
Judging takes place on November 23rd and 24th, with the Awards Dinner on Thursday evening at Saracen Wines (24th November) followed by the Exhibitor Tasting on the 25th November.
