A Month of MENU

For the month of April, Menu Magazine will host a series of events entitled “A Month of Menu”.
April will be a celebration of Food and Music featuring artists from the second Menu Music CD from Total Hits website.
This will be a great opportunity for punters to not only enjoy good music but also great food at the same time.
Publisher of Menu Magazine and Total Hits “Scott Arnold-Eyers” will MC each event and play a few tunes from his past days in Hard Marshmallow and The Jesus Sandals.
There will be 5 shows in total.
Saturday 6th – The China Blue Experiment (The Goldfields Art Centre in Kalgoorlie) Free Entry 7pm – 8pm
Saturday 13th – Aztech Suns, Rapid Fire & Mr Arnold-Eyers (Cicerellos Fremantle) Free Entry 12 noon – 3pm
Saturday 20th – Jason Ayres, Paul White & Mr Arnold-Eyers (Hotel Northbridge) Free Entry 7.30 – 10.30pm
Thursday 25th (Anzac Day) – The Crooked Cats, Hostile Little Face, Dave Gillam’s On The Level and Mr Arnold-Eyers (The Rosemount Hotel) $8 Entry 8pm – 1am
Sunday 28th – David Lazarus, Trav & Jay and Mr Arnold-Eyers (The Wembley) Free Entry 1pm – 4pm

The absinthe flambe provided a sweet, smoky, savoury flavour which was much better than any ‘shrimp thrown on the barbie’. Accompanied by a tintiri and chilli sauce, sour notes from the tamarind and heat from the chillies provided further flavour dimensions to the dish.
