The Department of Home Affairs has announced earlier this month to provide employers and TSS visa holders with more certainty in order to ensure Australia attracts and retains skilled workers. The Government has revealed that it will eliminate the cap on the quantity of TSS visa applications, and irrespective of the sponsorship, all TSS visa holders will be eligible to apply for permanent residency.
