Young Gun of Wine Uncut is happening on Friday, 2nd December at the beaches of Cottesloe bringing together 20 talented winemakers around WA. Il Lido is proudly hosting this ground-breaking event this year.
The event, first time in the last 11 years, will be held at the Il Lido Italian Canteen at 1pm to 4pm.
Acclaimed sommelier, and Il Lido partner, Dan Wegener said this will be their biggest winemaker tasting yet.

Young Gun is uncovering the freshest new faces of the Australian wine industry and finally in year 11 of the awards, Perth will show all that talent.
