The flavoursome feast that is Yum Cha in the Park returns to the Northbridge Piazza this Saturday, as part of Eat Drink Perth.
Yum Cha in the Park is a unique dining experience that is complemented by live music, lion dancing and cultural performances.
Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi said it is a great way to experience all the colour and culture of Yum Cha in a fun outdoor setting with heaps of entertainment to accompany the delicious food.
“This event was so popular last year that Eat Drink Perth has once again invited Northbridge restaurants to bring the fun of dim sum out of their restaurants and into the Piazza.” Ms Scaffidi said.
Northbridge eateries, Dragon Palace, Golden Century, Endless Delight, Point 88, Utopia Bubble Tea, Jumplings, Red Hot Spatula and Daily Supermarket have joined Eat Drink Perth to bring delicious bites to the Piazza.
For the more adventurous diner, there is even the opportunity to take part in an eating competition involving chicken feet.
Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi said Northbridge is a vibrant cultural hub that encourages the community together to experience all it has on offer.
“This is a family friendly event where you can relax, pull up a chair on the Piazza lawn enjoying the yummy offering and entertainment for all ages.” Ms Scaffidi said.
