The WA Fishing Industry Council has partnered with the Margaret River Gourmet Escape to provide our chefs with an amazing selection of WA seafood. The fine food and wine festival will showcase some of the world’s most sustainable fisheries. There will also be a great representation of WA seafood at the Gourmet Village all weekend through local exhibitors and cooking demonstrations.
