Finalists have been announced for the Savour Australia Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence. These are the premier awards program for recognising the achievements of Australia’s restaurant & catering industry.
All 82 finalists will be honoured and acknowledged at the Finalists Presentation and Cocktail Party on Wednesday 25th May at the State Theatre Centre WA, ahead of the gala awards evening on Monday 20th June, being held at the Burswood Ballroom.
The categories for restaurant awards are; Breakfast Restaurant, BYO Restaurant, Cafe Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Coffee Shop/Tea House, Contemporary Australian Restaurant formal and informal, Entertainment Restaurant, European Restaurant, Family Restaurant, Fine Dining Restaurant, Indian/Sub-Continent Restaurant, Italian Restaurant formal and informal, Japanese Restaurant, Mexican Restaurant, Middle Eastern/North African Cuisine, New Restaurant, Restaurant in a Hotel, Restaurant in a pub/club/tavern, Restaurant in a Training Institute, Restaurant in a Winery, Seafood Restaurant, Steak Restaurant, Tapas Restaurant, Thai Restaurant, Tourism Restaurant, and Vietnamese Restaurant.
The categories for catering awards are; Caterer at a Major Event, Corporate Caterer, Function/Convention Centre Caterer, Industrial/Institutional Caterer, New Caterer, Site-Contract Caterer, Small Caterer, Venue Caterer and Wedding Caterer in a Function Centre.
