Paterson Stadium seeks expressions of Interest from suppliers

Paterson Stadium is seeking an exclusive supplier of a range of 100% locally grown and produced food items. The exclusive agreement will include the supply of products through 12 retail outlets plus the use of products for corporate hospitality. Categories include: eggs, poultry, red meat, pork, seafood, baked goods, fruit & vegetables, confectionery, coffee and other uniquely WA products suitable for a stadium. The stadium has 15 food outlets and 27 bar outlets, as well as 7 function rooms, 59 suites and 176 open boxes that offer premium seating options that can include a premium food and beverage menu. Paterson Stadium hosts a range of events each calendar year including at least 23 AFL matches, an International Rugby match, WAFL Grand Final, 1 Concert per year, and 300 conferences/functions. Through this range of events, the Stadium hosts 900,000 to 1,000,000 guests each year.
Expressions of interest are sought from Producers and Growers within WA who can supply local ingredients that showcase WA produce. Submissions close Monday 12 December.
