In response to the evolving dining trends in Australia and the way most Australians think of fine dining, we have changed the Fine Dining Restaurant category name to PREMIUM DINING and updated the category definition.
PREMIUM DINING – Establishments which provide a high-end dining experience aimed at the premium end of the market including premium quality dining with exquisite service, wine list and food with specialised staff in both FOH and BOH.
Entry fee ranges from FREE to $445*
*Entry fee needs to cover the cost of two diners to order a 3 course meal or appropriate shared meals or requested tasting menu, wine and coffee plus an administration fee of $55. If your chosen category fee does not cover these dining costs, additional money needs to be paid.
