New Chef at The George

The Publican Group Australia is proud to announce the appointment of Leigh Odgers to the Head Chef at The George.
Leigh was previously the sous chef at Mosmans Restaurant in Mosman Bay where he spent three years – both prior to the renovation and after.
Leigh spent five years overseas working in Holland where he worked at three restaurants throughout the country. Leigh opened Ele as the Head Chef- a Spanish tapas flamenco bar on the canals of Utrecht where he spent 3 years followed by opening Delarosa as Head Chef – a Spanish seafood restaurant in Amersfoort and finished his time in Holland at Karel V – a French five star hotel in Utrecht.
Leigh has over 12 years in the industry and now joins the Publican Group team at The George. His new menu will be available in February, so go in and check it out!
