Edith Cowan University at Joondalup will be offering a short course on Brewing from 4 – 8 February 2019, 8:30am to 5pm. The course covers all aspects of the brewing process from malting to finished product and includes practical problem-solving sessions for common brewing faults.
All course materials are provided along with lunch and refreshments. Lectures and practical exercises will be presented by ECU brewing science lecturer and IBD accredited trainer, Hugh Dunn.
The course will benefit anybody already working in the malting and brewing industry wishing to update their skills, those preparing for the Institute of Brewing and Distilling General Certificate exams or those considering entering the brewing industry.
