Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre will again host this Expo to coincide with Coeliac Awareness Week. Gluten free food will be available on site along with gluten free beer and organic wine. Many companies will have tastings of their produce and there will be show specials to take advantage of. The awareness and recognition of gluten free food has grown along with an understanding of coeliac disease and gluten intolerance. There are many products now in the market place, as well as restaurants carrying more options for diners. A series of cooking demonstrations and seminars will educate and inspire.
