A fun day out for the kids and you might learn something. Mardella Farm in Serpentine-Jarrahdale is an initiative to work as a hub for sustainable Peri-urban agriculture education and promotion. They are holding a family fun-filled day with the production of healthy food as the focus on Saturday 16 May. The day will consist of a variety of events with market stalls, guest speakers, healthy food, bull whispering, face painting, hay rides, games and lots more.
The guest presenters include such well-known speakers a Dr Peter Dingle (Eat Your Way to Health), Yoki Mardewi (Sourdough Breadmaking), Gerald Bergsma (Bull Whispering), Tina Old (Funky Fermenting) and more.
