The Australian Hotels Association (WA) last night revealed the winners of the 2023 AHA Perth Airport WA Accommodation Awards for Excellence, which were presented at the Devil’s Lair Gala Ball in front of 500 industry leaders and dignitaries.

AHA(WA) CEO Bradley Woods said the calibre of award finalists reflected the strength of WA’s accommodation industry and the high calibre of the management staff throughout the state’s hotels.

“WA’s accommodation industry continues to rebound stronger than many other parts of Australia and this is being facilitated by the incredible hotels that can be found in Perth and regional WA,” Mr Woods said.

“Hotels provide the front facing hospitality to travellers that often leaves a lasting impression on how they view the state.”

“Our reputation as a premier destination is in good hands, given the quality of the accommodation and the professionalism of the service provided by the staff and teams that work in WA’s hotels.”

Last night’s award winners included the COMO The Treasury, which won the WA’s Best Accommodation Hotel Award, Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa in Broome, which won WA’s Best Regional Accommodation Award and Hearth at the Ritz-Carlton Perth, which won the Hotel Wine List Award.

General Manager of InterContinental Perth City Centre and Area General Manager IHG (WA/SA), Anna Edie, won the prestigious Accommodation Industry Hall of Fame Award.
